Princeton GCCS Log August 11, 2006 2100 GMT GCT file: asap_0806_v10 Gliders under control: we05, we07, we08, we09, we10, we12 Coordination plan: there are two gliders assigned to travel on opposite sides around the northern and southern tracks: we10/we12 (clockwise) on the northern track and we05/we08 (counter-clockwise) on the souther track. Gliders we07 and we09 will travel clockwise around the new middle/offshore (we07) and middle/inshore (we09) tracks. In addition, gliders we09 and we07 will seek to become synchronized on their respective tracks. Coordination summary: gliders we10 and we12 have good separation. Glider we08 is still transiting north to join we05 on the southern track. Gliders we07 and we09 will switch tracks and seek to become synchronized. Glider OA Flow summary: mild circulating and equatorward flow throughout the sampling domain.
