Channel numbers

FEMGV will perform its own file management an it is assumed that the pre-connected channel numbers for terminal I/O are available.

Any additional channel numbers required by the user should be obtained by using function KFVOPN after the call to FGVINI has been made. Information about KFVOPN is given in the FEMGEN User routines manual
