Elements With Spring Physical Properties

The ELAS2 element should be assigned GENERAL properties in which the user specifies the spring constant and the degree of freedom to which it is assigned. For example:

PROPERTY PHYSICAL GENERAL TH1 210E3 2

Would produce the following LR.STRAND element cards:
