The data for this module comes from the FEMGEN command PROPERTY LOADS PRESSURE. It contains an entry for each part loaded, under the headings
whereLOAD.CASE PRESSURE.VALUE LIST.OF.NODES
| LOAD.CASE | is the loadcase number |
| PRESSURE.VALUE | is the magnitude of the load |
| LIST.OF.NODES | is a list of the nodes on the part which have been loaded |
The user should be aware that in FEMGEN one can specify any of 7 directions for the pressure to act whereas in PAFEC the direction is not specified and assumed to be normal. The interface does not take the degree of freedom into account when translating the data, and will simply copy it across.
Hydrostatic Pressure load can also be entered using the FEMGEN command PROPERTY LOADS HYDROSTATIC. In this case, the interface program calculates the pressure value at each node of the loaded part.
Space Curves and Load Masks attached to a Pressure load or Hydrostatic Pressure with the FEMGEN command PROPERTY ATTACH are supported.
