The Pliny Fisk Library traces its roots to 1915 when Wall Street Banker,Pliny
Fisk, presented his research collection of railroad and corporate materials to the
University. Today the collection covers economic conditions, banking,
international trade, finance, business, and statistics.

shelved in SSRC stacks 8-11 and are arranged by Library of Congress
Classification. Please consult the Online Catalog when looking for a particular

Reserve statistical releases are housed in the vertical files. The Pliny Fisk
Database also provides an index to this collection.
WORKING PAPERS
Current working papers are shelved alphabetically by the name of the issuing
institution in SSRC stacks 5-6. Older issues are either bound in Firestone stacks
or located on microfilm or microfiche. For an index to working papers use either
ECONLIT or NETEC.
