Following lunch, we'll move to the Class of 1955 Room (room 241) on the second floor of Van Pelt Library for two papers:
Van Pelt Library is located at 3420 Walnut Street; the website is http://www.facilities.upenn.edu/mapsBldgs/view_bldg.php3?id=133. There is garage parking a few blocks away at 37th and Walnut, or in the lot at 34th and Chestnut. On street parking is metered.
For access to the library on a Saturday, one either needs a PennCard or special permission. We must thus submit a list of attendees to the library staff at the beginning of the week of the meeting (and without a PennCard, you will need photo identification to sign in). Please confirm your reservation with Dorothy Shepard no later than Friday, February 18. Note that if you are not a PennCard holder and your name does not appear on the library list, you will not be allowed to enter the library on the day of the meeting.
Since food and drink are permitted in only one room, there will not be coffee and breakfast food available prior to the meeting. There is, however, a Starbucks across the street from the university if you'd like coffee or a goodie before arriving.
