| The Frist Campus Center is a welcoming environment providing the opportunity for various segments of the University community to come together for formal and informal gatherings. The intent of Frist Campus Center Programming Cosponsorship is to contribute resources to efforts that increase the spirit of community through collaboration, cooperation, inclusion and appreciation for the various cultures, skills and talents of its members.
The purpose of Frist Campus Center Program Cosponsorship is to provide support for programs which further the Center’s mission of creating a vibrant, inclusive community which embraces diversity and cooperation. Consultation as well as organizational and supplementary financial assistance, if necessary, are provided to student organizations, departments and centers programming their activities within the Campus Center.
Guidelines
All recognized undergraduate and graduate student organizations, University Departments and Special Interest Centers are eligible to request cosponsorship for programs within the Frist Campus Center. A group must convey how the event will help fulfill Frist Campus Center's mission to create an inviting, inclusive community. Programs must be open and accessible to all members of the University and provide a positive learning and/or social experience. Proposed programs may be intellectual, social, cultural or service oriented. Particular consideration will be given to programs which :
- are collaborative in nature;
- celebrate diversity;
- support the inclusion of all members of the campus community;
- and reflect innovative, effective use of resources.
Submitting Requests
Requests for cosponsorship must be submitted using our online form. Proposals should be submitted a minimum of four weeks prior to your planned program date to allow time for review and follow-up.
Publicity for Cosponsored Events
The Frist Campus Center Program Office in collaboration with the Marketing Office offers promotional support and assistance to all Frist Campus Center cosponsored events.
Promotional support may include:
- The printing of two large format posters to be posted or hung within the Frist Campus Center.
- Assistance with printing and/or duplication fees for 8.5" x 11" or 11" x 17" flyers to be hung or posted in the Frist Campus Center and around University grounds.
- Financial assistance for advertising in the Daily Princetonian.
All copy, program information and graphics for advertisements, posters and flyers must be submitted to the Marketing Office no less than 10 business days prior to the date you would like them posted.
In addition, all promotional materials must acknowledge Frist cosponsorship and be approved by both the Program and Marketing Offices. Three copies of all printed promotional material should be supplied to Amanda Zeltner in Room 306.

What does Frist provide in terms of Cosponsorship of programs?
Frist is eager to collaborate with student organizations, staff and faculty by providing both creative and technical support and consultation. The Associate Director for Programs is available to assist students in effective planning and implementation of events. Frist staff will also help groups to best utilize the resources available to them in the Center. As appropriate, Frist will provide financial support for events in the form of fee waivers and/or the absorption of expenses such as advertising, catering or performance contracts.
