topWireless Services
For Visitors:
IT is pleased to announce a new service for campus visitors: wireless Internet access in campus wireless zones. Officially called Temporary Visitor Wireless Network Access (TVWNA), visitor wireless is intended to provide service to wireless devices belonging to short-term visitors -- such as conference attendees, visiting colleagues from other schools, vendors making presentations, and those visitors with wireless Internet needs -- without having to register the device with OIT. The service is available in several dozen locations on campus, including areas in Firestone Library and the Frist Campus Center.

Visitor wireless is not intended for long-term use; those visiting the campus for an extended period of time should consult their host office for further information. But for those briefly on campus, visitor wireless provides a handy solution to the need for Internet access.

Click here to download the Visitor Wireless Instructional flyer in PDF format.

For more information, please visit www.princeton.edu/visitorwireless

For the University community:
Now you can surf the web, check your email, start up AOL Instant Messenger and much more at the Frist Campus Center via a wireless ethernet connection. The Wireless Ethernet Service at Frist allows you to connect your laptop to the campus data network from anywhere in the Frist Campus Center.
