Travel & Accomodations Due to limited funding, we are not able to pay for travel and accommodations. EconCon participants are encouraged to apply for travel compensation from their home institutions. Breakfast, lunch, and coffee will be provided during the conference. Hotel The Nassau Inn is holding a block of rooms for EconCon for the nights of 8/18, 8/19, and 8/20. To make a reservation and receive the University rate for your stay, call the Nassau Inn at (800) 862-7728 and mention "EconCon" or our reservation number, 14652. The University rate is $132 + tax / night ($66 each if shared). Check-in after 3pm. Check-out by 11am. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to check-in in order for charges not to be incurred. Flights For those flying to the conference, we suggest you use Newark Airport. Princeton is halfway between Philadelphia and Newark airports, but public transportation is easier from Newark. Rail The NJTransit Northeast Corridor stops at Princeton Junction. From there, you can transfer to the "Dinky" train which runs from Princeton Junction to Princeton station, leaving you about a 10 minute walk from the Nassau Inn. If taking the Dinky, be sure to buy a ticket to "Princeton" and not "Princeton Junction." Follow Palmer Square East and You Will Come to the Nassau Inn's Motor Entrance. From Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) & Philadelphia Area: Approximately 45 Miles Take I-95 North to Exit 7 B to Route 206 North. Follow to a Fork at Traffic Light. Stay to the Right for Nassau Street/Route 27. Go Three (3) Blocks and Turn Left Onto Palmer Square East. Follow Palmer Square East and You Will Come to the Nassau Inn's Motor Entrance.
