Originally, we had called it the GSG Projects Board, but after some consideration, Exec thought that we should rename this to GSG Events Board (so that the name more clearly represents what the Board is all about: supporting graduate student events). Per Assembly's request, Alex (as Chair of the Board) has put together some working guidelines for the group -- trying to incorporate some of the comments and address the issues that came up in last month's discussion. Please look over this document before Wednesday's meeting. In order to allow discussion to move more smoothly on Wednesday, I'm asking that anyone with comments please email them to me (shinyi@) in advance (ie, by Wednesday 12pm) so that we can address them. Thanks, Shin-Yi Lin
