Eight-Plus (20') utilizes synthesizer drones, shattering glass, crank harmonicas and other effects combined with the sounds of a mezzo-soprano, clarinet, alto flute, violin, cello and piano. The second half of the piece sets a brief text by poet Robert Creeley.
