Patience (10’) was commissioned by the Greater Princeton Youth Orchestra. In the piece the members of the orchestra play small loops of very quiet and lush music layered over the nostalgic crackle of a record player.

The live music moves slowly from one rocking pattern to another, itself imitating a gently skipping record player.
