Welcome

I am a postdoctoral research associate at the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University. I received my Ph.D. in sociology from Princeton University in the fall of 2011 (the non-distant past). I study cognitive and social psychological approaches to culture, with the goal of improving our understanding of how culture influences behaviors. I am additionally interested in the role of social networks and organizations in influencing inequality in life outcomes.

Otherwise, I spend a lot of time thinking about various attempts at social change including social engineering, social movements, utopian scheming, and policy.
