Large commercial spaces such as malls are being required to change the "working fluid" of their air-conditioning systems in order to restrict the amount of Freon 12 that can escape into the atmosphere. What data would you take on such a system to determine the effect of such a change? What system changes might you suggest in order to minimize the effect of this refrigerant change on the efficiency of the system. Remember that the capital costs of these changes will be important.
