Baby Sitter Required

Event Coordinator Position

Arts Council of Princeton, a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization, seeks an event coordinator to organize Communiverisity Festival of the Arts, its largest public annual event, scheduled for Sunday, April 28, from 1 to 6 pm. The town-gown collaborative event attracts more than 35,000 visitors each year and includes more than 250 artists, performers, community groups, and vendors.The contract position will be responsible for all aspects of event coordination from planning and preparation to site management through post-event reporting. The contract period will begin Saturday, December 1, and ends Thursday, May 30. Responsibilities include administration, booth coordination, license and permit management, entertainment coordination, marketing, PR, and executive reporting.
