I am currently a second year Ph.D. student enrolled in Princeton University, in the Department of Electrical Engineering and working under Professor Margaret Martonosi. I am member of the Parapet Research Group and am currently involved with the SARANA project.

My research interests focus on resource aware methods to construct mesh networks and efficient, collaborative utilization of limited storage resources within these networks. Specifically, I would like to be able to increase internet penetration in the developing world without major increases in infrastructure. My goal is that by bringing computer networks into the developing world, medical or agricultural information can be better aggregated and disseminated amongst those most in need.

I received a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Cornell University in May, 2005 and went on to receive my Master’s of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University in June, 2006. After receiving my degree, I taught Physics in a Nicaraguan high school for a year before returning to Princeton.
