Make loose fist with right hand around left thumb & wrap fingers of left hand around fist, bending at second knuckle over knuckles on right hand. Hands come towards body at neck level and push down slightly & foot pushes down and raise up onto toes; hands push rest of way down & feet sink back to ground w/exhale of breath. **Kata begins** Pivot up onto toes and turn body to face west; Fall forward and feet switch to right forward, left behind, both legs slightly bent still facing west & reinforced inner-forearm block to north (hands remain in contact throughout move). Step out to south into front stance & left hand inner-forearm block; Right hand inner-forearm block. Drop right hand to strike behind at thigh level. Quick turn into north front stance & left hand outer-forearm block; Right hand inner-forearm block. Right hand passes below right knee and then folds by right ear and step out to east into front stance & right hand outer-forearm block. Left hand inner-forearm block. Turn to face north in horse stance & fold hands at right hip; Left hand knifehand; Right hand punch; Turn to northwest front stance & right hand inner-forearm block to north; Turn to north horse stance & left hand punch; Turn to northeast front stance & left hand inner-forearm block to north. Pull left hand back to hip & right hand comes across in outer-forearm block & right leg outside-inside crescent kick forward into horse stance facing west; right hand low block. Left hand open backfist to south & right hand chambers at hip; right leg outside-inside crescent kick forward into horse stance facing east & right elbow into left hand; right hand punch straight down (without moving left hand from elbow). Left hand punch straight down with right hand at elbow; right hand punch straight down with left hand at elbow. Fold both hands at left hip; turn into south front stance & double punch left hand high. Pull right leg back to touching left & fold both hands at right hip; left leg outside-inside crescent kick forward into south front stance & double punch right hand high.
