Step through into front stance & lunge palmheel. Fold; move left leg into east front stance & backfist. Step through into front stance & lunge palmheel. Spin (only rotate feet) into northwest front stance & high elbow. Move right foot in to touch left then shoot out north into horse stance facing west & hammerfist; spinning backfist; step through & side punch & kiai. Move left foot to turn into south front stance & high block; reverse punch. Step through into front stance & double block; front kick and continue through; round kick and continue through and kiai; double block. Move left foot to turn into west front stance & backfist; reverse palmheel. Move right foot to turn into east front stance & backfist; reverse palmheel. Spin (only rotate feet) into northwest front stance & high elbow & kiai.
