Kata: With both feet together clap hands at chin level; Move hands (remain touching) to cover groin and briefly rise onto toes and breathe out. Step left leg over and just past right (left on ball) & emphasize groin block. Fold for right hand open backfist; Step with right foot into north horse stance & right hand open backfist. Left elbow into open palm; double fold at right hip; left hand low block; right hand 3/4 punch. Step right leg over left; Step out with left leg into horse stance & right inner-forearm block. Traditional low block fold left hand low; pull left hand back to left ear and right low block; left hand dropping block reinforced with right hand below. Left leg briefly touches right knee and sword cut to left palm facing out; right leg briefly touches left knee and sword cut to right palm facing in. Double fold at right hip; punch with left hand at shoulder level directly to west and right hand at sternum pointing west two fists from chest. Fold for left hand open backfist; left hand open backfist. Right elbow into open palm; double fold at left hip; right hand low block; left hand 3/4 punch. Step left leg over right; Step out with right leg into horse stance & left inner-forearm block. Traditional low block fold right hand low; pull right hand back to right ear and left low block; right hand dropping block reinforced with left hand below.
