Move right leg into east front stance & low block; pull right leg in to meet left & backfist. Look north; step out with left foot into front stance & high open block; high reverse punch. Step through & high cross chop; reverse punch. (x2) Lunge punch; step through & lunge punch & kiai. Move left leg into east front stance & low block; lunge backfist; reverse punch. Rear leg front kick in place; move right leg into west front stance & low block; lunge backfist; reverse punch. Rear leg front kick in place; move left leg into south front stance & high open block; reverse throat grab. Front kick and step forward into front stance & reverse throat grab. (x2) Step through into front stance & high elbow (target is other hand). Move left leg into west back stance & high chop; step through to northwest and high chop. Move right leg into east back stance & high chop; step through to northeast and high chop.
