Bo-staff poke to left; ... (repeat previous in opposite direction). Spin to face east & double fold on right hip; switch fold to left hip & fold for right leg side kick; side kick & backfist; land backward into north back stance & high pseudo-hand. Step through into back stance & high pseudo-hand (fold inside). (x2) Step through into front stance & low lunge spear hand & kiai. Bring left foot up touching right foot & spin to face south & fold for left hand high psuedo hand. Step out with left foot into west cat stance & high pseudo hand; step out with right foot to southwest cat stance & high psuedo hand (fold inside). Step out with right foot into east cat stance & high pseudo hand (fold inside); step out with left to to southeast cat stance & high pseudo hand (fold inside). Step out with left foot into southwest front stance facing south & inner forearm block to south. Kick south; step through into south front stance & reverse punch; move right foot into southeast front stance facing south & inner forearm block to south. Kick south; step through into south front stance & reverse punch. Step through into south front stance & double block. Move left leg to touch right and spin to face north & fold for low block with left hand; step out with left foot into west front stance & low block; open high block in place; step through with right leg into northwest front stance & high block. Move right leg into east front stance & low block; open high block in place; step through with left leg into northeast front stance & high block.
