Move right leg to touching left and facing north & double-fold on right hip. Step out with right leg to east into back stance & right hand inner forearm block; left hand three-quarters punch in place. Move left leg to touching right and facing north & double-fold on left hip. Step out with right leg into north front stance & reinforced inner forearm block. Step through with left leg into north front stance & low closed right over left x-block; high open right over left x-block. Spin right hand around on wrist and bring both hands back to high fold on right side with palms together and left hand over right. Left hand chops & right hand folds; step through with right foot into north front stance & right hand punch. Fold right hand at ear; rotate feet to spin to left into south front stance & outer forearm block. Right leg inside crescent kick forward into east horse stance & right hand low block. Turn head only to face north & fold for left backfist; left open backfist dynamic tension. Right leg inside crescent kick forward (hitting hand) into west horse stance & right hand elbow into left hand. Move left leg to behind right and on ball of foot & reinforced inner forearm block to north. Step with left leg to south into high back stance & right hand extends upwards and out. Step through with right leg and then behind with left leg into low crouch facing east & bring hands down into low x-block. Step out with right leg into south front stance & reinforced right arm inner forearm block. Rotate feet to left into north front stance & left hand open high block & right hand low grab. Pull left foot back to almost touching right & facing east & pinwheel block. Rotate feet to left to facing west & right foot on ball & cross and uncross hands, ending with both arms out forming north-south line at shoulder level but bent up at elbows like inner-forearm block. Step out with right foot into north front stance & right hand trap on left shoulder & left hand low grab. Pull right foot back slightly into high back stance & pinwheel block.
