Dynamic tension move hands up to open chair block with palms facing out. Hands snap down to west of left hip (open as before) & rotate feet to east facing back stance. Dynamic tension move hands up to open chair block with palms facing out. Hands cross (right over left) & step out to north with left foot into north front stance & hands come straight down into low x-block. Step through with right foot into north back stance & reinforced inner-forearm block; right hand comes to fold on hip & left hand near right hip in fist with thumb towards body & left leg steps up to touch right; fold left leg for side side kick. Side side kick with left leg to west & left hand hammerfist; Come down in front stance facing west & right elbow into left palm. Rotate feet to north facing horse stance & left hand on hip with left hand near as before. Bring hands across 70% to right hip & move left leg east to center of stance; snap hands back to left hip & move right leg to fold for side side kick. Side side kick with right leg to east & right hand hammerfist; Come down in front stance facing east & left elbow into right palm. Bring right hand up into open high block & left hand down to protect groin. Rotate feet to face north in front stance (left leg forward) & left hand open high block & right hand horizontal chop. Right leg front kick & fold for right hand inner forearm block; land forward facing north with right leg pointed north and left leg bent crossed behind right with left foot to east of right and on ball of foot & right inner-forearm block. Fold both hands at hips & spin through east to face south; step out into southeast "goat" stance (front stance but one shoulder width deep, one shoulder width wide, both legs bent, and rear foot pointed out approx 30 degrees) & high open right over left x-block with both palms facing up; hands make fists as bringing them apart slightly (collar choke) in dynamic tension. Right hand turns over; right leg front kick forward into southeast front stance & right hand punch; left hand punch & right hand folds at hip (punches do not start out folded at hip, but where they were left). Fold both hands at hips & move right leg back to touching left & facing north. Step out with right leg to southwest "goat" stance & high open left over right x-block with both palms facing up; hands make fists as bringing them apart slightly (collar choke) in dynamic tension. Left hand turns over; left leg front kick forward into southwest front stance & left hand punch; right hand punch & left hand folds at hip. Left leg moves to south facing cat stance & reinforced inner-block. Step through with right leg to south facing cat stance & reinforced inner-block. Step through with left leg to south facing cat stance & reinforced inner-block; shift left leg to south front stance & double choke; right leg knee through hands & kiai; spin around and land in north cat stance with right leg back & high left hand pseudo chop. Step out with right leg to northeast into cat stance & high right hand pseudo chop.
