Kun Yao

Before I joined Princeton, I finished several research projects at Peking University and Beijing Laboratory of Vaccum Physics.

Now I am spending my 4th year at Princeton. The title for my most recent manuscript is "Nanopatterning of Si/SiGe Two-dimensional Hole Gases by PFOTS-aided AFM Lithography of Carrier Supply Layer".

My advisor is Professor James C. Sturm. His fields of research activity include devices, materials, and processes for microelectronics and for macroelectronics; silicon-based heterostructures, Si1-x-yGexCy materials and devices, three-dimensional integration, large-area electronics, organic light emitting diodes, thin film transistors, flat panel and flexible displays, biological applications of nanostructures.
