My first step toward a DIYer was in August 1997. I tried to mount a CD-Rom on the motherboard using a secondary IDE cable, which helped to solve a conflict issue with the harddisk under Window 95.

My first step toward a DIYer in the United States was in September 2001. I assembled my computer from parts. Below is my PC-DIY which never smokes.
