PC Games

I play and master all kinds of video games, from early year Nintendo's Super Mario Bros on a B&W TV to today's latest 3D PC games. Sports games, especially soccer games, are my favortie category.

For management games, Sports Interactive's CM (Championship Manager) series is undoubtedly the best and most realistic one. I am actually not very keen on this game since the pace is slow and I am a very impatient person! It can still cause heart attack though. Here's an example, a thrilling Champions Cup Final. Alternating the leading for five times, Paulo Maldini's own goal, last minute tying goal (this really hurt my heart), and silver goals in the overtime, unbelievable!

For action games, people from all over the world have always been debating about EA Sports' FIFA Soccer vs. Konami' s Winning Eleven. Honestly I have played every generation of FIFA from FIFA1996 to FIFA2003. The only nice feature about this game is their excellent rock music. Chumbawamba - Tubthumping, Fatboy Slim - Rockafella Skunk, Avril Lavigne - Complicated... They all came out on EA Sports before they climbed to top of billboard! I'd rather paying for the original game soundtrack every year other than playing the game itself. So seriously, EA Sports do not make soccer games, only Konami do. The latest PC version for Winning Eleven are Pro Evolution Soccer 3 and Winning Eleven 7 International. Challenge me if you dare :)
