2009-06-01 The minutes for the May 20 meeting are posted. There are no committee meetings over the summer. The next meeting is scheduled for September 16, 2009 at 8:30PM in the community room at 1 Lawrence Drive.

2008-01-24 The reservations calendar for the Building 14 community room is now available online (see sidebar on the left of this page). In order to reserve this room, you need to contact Olivia Martel.

Graduate Residents:

The Butler, Lawrence & Hibben Magie email lists are about to be refreshed. This change will affect the following listservs: lawrence-sl; lawrence-res; hibbenmagie-sl; butler-sl; and butler-res.

For those of you who have left Butler, Lawrence or Hibben Magie, you will finally be removed from the list. For most current residents this change shouldn't affect you. However, for some of you, especially spouses or domestic partners, this means you may be removed from the list. Or added back onto a list if you have already unsubscribed.

This change should take place by Friday, December 7th. If you are not receiving emails by Monday, December 10th, you will need to re-subscribe to the list. Please see this link on how to subscribe or unsubscribe to a specific list.

Please note that both the Lawrence and Butler Committees will be sending a similar email to the lawrence-res and butler-res listservs. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, but thank you for your patience.

Lawrence Apartments is a complex of studios and one and two bedroom apartments for Princeton University graduate students and their families. Answers to all of your questions should be found in this website, but if you have existing concerns or questions, check the FAQ or email the Lawrence Committee. Please do not contact the Committee to ask about the availability of housing at Lawrence; for such information, contact the Princeton University Housing Office.

Olivia D. Martel is our Community Programs Coordinator. She oversees all activities and interests for Lawrence, Hibben-Magia, the Graduate College and Butler Apartments' residents. For a list of this month's activities, please check the calendar. If you would like to reserve the lounge in Building 14 for an activity or event, you must file an Events Registration Form.
