Superintendent

The superintendent of the Lawrence Apartments is Dave Young. His phone number is 258-6139. His office is on the first floor of building 14 and he holds office hours on Monday through Friday from 7:45 to 8:15 AM and from 3:30 to 4:00 PM.

Maintenance

If you have problems with the apartment (electricity, plumbing, walls, floors, etc.), not only is it not your responsibility to fix it, but it is not permitted that you do so!

Repairs and maintenance issues should be brought to the superintendent. You may do so by filling in the online form or by calling 258-8000. You will need to provide your building and apartment number, name, contact phone number, and a description of the problem.

If you have a roommate, remember to inform him or her that you have submitted a maintenance request!

If your maintenance issue is not resolved in a timely fashion, you should contact facilities directly at 258-8000 or contact your Community Programs Coordinator, Olivia Martel, at omartel@princeton.edu.

Laundry

If you discover a broken laundry machine, do not simply place an out of order sign on it! Use this link to report the problem. If you laundry is trapped in a malfunctioning machine, you can call the phone number listed on that site for some tips on how to release it.
