Committee meeting, 11/6/03 9:10 pm - 10:45 pm

1. Events
We are planning a wine and cheese party December 4th at 8 pm.
Expenses should not be more than $350.

2. Community room organization
One issue we were talking about is a possible mis-use of the room (monopolizing the room).

3. Our next meeting will be on Wednesday,
December 3 at 9pm.

4. Constitution
We were discussing the contents of the Lawrence Committee constitution and all agreed that the committee should have a webmaster chair and a common area coordinator chair.

5. GSG housing subcommittee
...has a new draw plan.
