1. Taskforce meeting 12/6
- University is planning to set up a childcare, details not known yet

- pizza dinner: 12/18 6pm in the community room
- dinner event in the last week of January; details next meeting (that will be in mid-January)

3. Decision made to buy rug, toy box, shelf, toys for community room

4. Follow up on issues:
- gas smell
- high rise window cleaning
- all apartments vents clearing
- laundry room
Status: Email sent out to housing; still awaiting response.

5. A meeting with Housing staff and Lawrence committee will be proposed to housing to discuss issues relating to the construction and future plans for graduate housing; as well as follow up on quality-of-life issues such as (4).
