Here are the minutes for the December 2 meeting
We discussed the wine & cheese event, which was well-attended.
Another issue was the poor quality of the new Lawrence Apts (paint coming off the wall, too few washers and dryers, the existing ones are often broken, bulletin boards falling off the wall).
There have been complaints about the workers.
We debated whether we should put a stapler and some pencils in the computer cluster. We decided to give it a try (is that right??-no, I think we decided not to, but Beth will write the person)
There is a new garbage rule- dumpster trucks are only allowed to come after 8am.
Rusty screws are supposed to be replaced in the bathrooms of new Lawrence Apts; new toilet seats with covers have already been installed. Furthermore, for the convenience and fresh smell of all Lawrence residents, adjustable shower heads will be installed soon.
Bike shelters will be built.
Construction on the high rise is to begin soon Take note.
