Meeting minutes... Lawrence Meeting 2/19/06.

1. We discussed about deciding whether to put cable TV in the High Rise Community Room or not.

2. Things need to be fixed.

a. The shuttle waiting station needs lighting and a timetable.

b. Lawrence Apts do need some kind of permanent box where everybody can recycle dead batteries.

c. The High Rise Community Room will shortly be furnished.

3. Events

3/1/06 Potluck Dinner in Bldg 14 at 7pm. BYOF, but we will provide the desserts. No need to RSVP.

4. Elections

... are coming up. They should take place before the draw.

Jonathan and Julia will most likely leave the committee.

3/12/06 at 8.30, New Lawrence Community Room (sorry Tara, we could find no other date...)

6. Should we...

charge people a small amount of money for using the garden plot? Will they actually plant something because they have to pay for it? These questions were not solved. We will address the issue next time again.
