1. We
decided again to buy chairs with the remaining money. Other propositions on how
to spend the money were: Buy wine and store it for next year or buy a gift card
in order to buy cheese with it for an event next year or buy bicycle pumps.
2. Major
maintenance requests:
i. turn
call boxes into systems that will not need a telephone landline any more.
ii. ramp
for the back entrance of the high rise building
iii.remove
bike racks in front of ground floor apartments (especially New Lawrence)
3. E-mail
regarding shuttle summer schedule - Lawrence Committee is unable to change the
schedule, one option to avoid a long green shuttle ride would be to take it to
the Dinky station and walk from there
4. Lawrence
Committee decided against installing cable TV in Community Room Bldg 1. One
cable TV should suffice, an upgrade for the cable TV in Bldg 14 instead would
be better.
