November 1996

Notes from the Coordinator:

Hi everybody! Hopefully you were all able to attend one or more of the wonderful events scheduled during Awareness Week. Everything went extremely well and (almost) without incidents. I want to take a minute to thank yet again, but this time in print, the wonderful people who put an incredible amount of time and energy into making Awareness Week happen, Malissa Taylor ‘97 and Nicolas Janberg ‘96 GS. In addition, I want to thank all of our panelists, moderators and speakers. We now turn our thoughts to our next big event, Queer Articulations, which will take place in February and will be co-curated by Michelle Amt ‘GS and Thomas Forget ‘GS. I welcome anybody who is interested in particpating in the planning and/or implementation of the film festival to contact me or the curators as soon as possible. I hope everyone had a wonderful fall break and encourage you all to attend the events scheduled for November.

-- M.S.
