Hi everyone, 

Below are some notes from today's meeting.  Please read it because you may have something to plan or schedule and I'll indicate your name by the event. 

UPCOMING EVENTS

9/16 - Clubs Night at 8 pm in the Old Graduate College Coffee House and Breakfast Room (Rene and Matt and anyone else who can)

9/17 - Student of Color Dinner at Friend Center at 6.  

9/18 - LGSA Social Hour at Sotto's at 5:30 PM  (I'll get the bill for this)

9/23 - General Body Meeting at 6 PM in Sociology Building (Rene will reserve space)

I need someone to agree to call Old World Pizza in advance and order the pizzas (6), pick them up, and purchase plates, napkins, drinks, and sodas.  

NEW STUDENTS

I'm going to obtain an excel sheet of all of the new students and I will allocate a number of emails to everyone on the board.  You will each write your own "Welcome to LGSA" e-mail, introducing yourself and inviting them to the first social hour and the general body meeting.  tell them what the group is about and what events we host.  tell them about elections.
