Subject: Scissor-tld Fly and Ruff in Cape May
This morning, Saturday, a long-tailed Scissor-tailed Flycatcher flew by our houe at 6:45 AM in Cape May, flying west along the dunes at south Cape May Meadows. We believe the bird kept going west, and could be anywhere at this point. If it is refound, we will repost. A female Ruff was present off and on yesterday, Friday, at a small pond at the southeast corner of South Cape May Meadows, just in from the 2nd Ave Jetty. Two Roseate Terns were seen a couple times off the Point as well.
