Subject: Barrow's Goldeneye, Yard's Creek Reservoir
NJBirders,
Over the weekend, a message was left on my work voice-mail which I didn't hear until this morning. I apologize for the delay. The call, from Fred Lesser, said that a drake Barrow's Goldeneye was present at Yard's Creek Reservoir. He didn't say whether the call was left Saturday or Sunday. As soon as I have any further information I'll post it.
Reach Yard's Creek by following signs from Rt. 94 in Blairstown, Warren Co. NJ. (Same directions for Raccoon Ridge in Bill Boyle's NJ birdfinding guide). Stop and check in with the guard at the gate, who can give you directions and answer questions.
