NJBirds:

Miscellaneous rarity reports include:

A new, adult White-faced Ibis at Brigantine NWR since Wednesday, initially found by Kathy McLean and subsequntly seen by others through Sunday, with small number of Glossies at northwest corner of West Pool and in the small freshwater pond just past that on the right (across from the Barn Owl box).

The adult and immature White-faced were both still seen at Reed's Beach through Saturday, although they seem to be a bit more sporadic in their appearances. The two birds at Bivalve have not yet been refound since the intitial reports, though searching for those has been limited. Still uncertain if there may be some/any duplication between the Bivalve and Reed's Beach birds.

Adult Roseate Tern continued sporadically in AM at South Cape May Meadows through Saturday. A few Sooty Shearwaters were seen from shore on Thurs and Fri.

Lastly, there was--finally--a major wave of migrants in many places in Cape May County and in other southern NJ locations (e.g., Brigantine NWR) on Saturday.
