Subject: Eared Grebe

Late report from 9/18:
Around 6 PM an Eared Grebe was found near Stone Harbor Point, Cape May County. It was in the channel at the north end of Nummy's Island, on the south side of the "free" bridge (towards Stone Harbor Point). So far I haven't heard any news about its being seen. Vince Elia and I looked for this AM without success. The tide was extremely high at 9:30-10AM.
