I got a report from Harvey Tomlinson that today (Thursday, Jan. 21) he saw the Black-tailed Gull at Manasquan Inlet @12:30. The bird flew up the inlet and landed in the restaurant parking lot (I believe he means 'The Shrimp Box' restaurant). Harvey also saw two Black-headed Gulls along the beach there.
