Subject: Say's Phoebe gone?

The Say's Phoebe along Kimble's Beach Road was last seen, to my knowledge, on Wednesday. It was looked for for about 30+ minutes on Thursday and again for 30+ minutes this morning (Friday) and NOT seen. If anyone has contrary information, please let us know. If anyone looks for it, remember to also check the first two fields to the north (also refuge property).

Other local news of note includes a couple more flocks of Red Crossbills, a report of 2-4 White-winged Crossbills flying by, and the first flock of fly-by Evening Grosbeaks. The Avalon seawatch had 60,000+ scoter days on both Weds and Thurs (plus a fly-by Razorbill), and a Saw-whet Owl banding project banded 37 Saw-whets on Weds night.
