The severe weather this weekend affected the Heislerville area, and no reports of the Solitaire have been received since Saturday. Bob Barber sends this news for today, Monday 4 January:

"The entire section of road (approx. 1/4 mi) where the Solitaire has been seen is flooded with a foot or more of water. This is from a combination of the heavy tidal flooding, and 4+ inches of rain we had locally from the storm on Sunday. I wouldn't want to drive through it (it is salty), but it could probably be waded with knee-boots. However, with the temperatures predicted in the mid-teens tonight, it will probably be an icy mess tommorrow."

If I don't post further updates, it means I have no news. Thanks to all who have helped with reports on the Solitaire.
