I am currently a postdoc research associate in Princeton University, working
with Dr. John Storey.

My research interests focus on the analysis of high-
dimensional quantitative genomics. Specifically, I have
     worked on
  • Identification of causal quantitative trait transcripts
  • Causal inference and modeling in transcriptional regulatory networks
  • Dissection of  variation in high-dimensional data
  • Clinical genomics study on trauma patients
  • Significance measures in multiple hypothesis testing, with an
  • emphasis on linkage analysis and genomics data

Overall, I am interested in developing quantitative methods
and tools for genomics research, with the goal of contributing
to the understanding of genetics basis of human disease and
      molecular biology.
