The Angel is a verry basic character on the side of the Civilians. Once a night, it gets to check one player. The moderator indicates whether that player is a Mafia member or not. Note that characters working for the Mafia (such as the Devil) appear to be clear.

The Seer performs the same task, but checks out Werewolves. Thus a Mafia member will appear clear to the Seer and a Werewolf will appear to be clear to the Angel. Caution is advised!
