Mission Statement

The mission of the Minority Business Association of Princeton University (MBA)

is to help minority students better understand the business world through networking, mentoring, and the fostering of a sense of community and mutual support. Minority Business Association is an organization dedicated to learning and the continued professional growth of its members. MBA seeks to sponsor events that encourage students to develop skills valuable to the workplace while providing exposure to the variety of professional opportunities available after Princeton.  In order to benefit our membership, MBA will strive to enhance the relationship between employers and minority students through informative panels and discussions.  Overall, MBA is committed to the development of lifelong career management skills and enriching the quality and texture of minority students’ understanding of professional opportunities, to help them better prepare for life and leadership.
