2012-2013 Princeton Club Hockey Team
The club hockey team was voted the Men's Club Sport of the Year by the Princeton Sport Clubs. It was another year of growth for the team, with 2 wins over rival Penn and a 6-4 come from behind victory against Yale after trailing 4-0. The Tigers finished 3rd in the Central division of the GNCHC, just missing the playoffs in the last couple weeks of the season. In addition to accomplishments on the ice, the team is actively involved in the community, with several players coaching youth hockey teams for the Princeton Youth Hockey Association.
For the 2012-2013 season, the GNCHC has added two new teams: West Chester University and Lafayette College. These schools will replace Scranton University and C.W. Post. There will be 3 divisions of 5 teams, with each team playing teams in their division twice and other teams once, for a total of 18 league games.
