My research interests lie in understanding the world's climate variability in the past, present, and future. For more information about my research interests, click here; for publications, click here.

I am a postdoctoral research associate in Jorge L. Sarmiento's research group in the Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences Program. I recently graduated from Duke University in the Nicholas School of the Environment and Earth Sciences at the Duke University Marine Lab.

My dissertation research focused on the regulation of primary production in the Southern Ocean (pdf) (registered abstract).
