Douglas Ball's 20 B2 ticket description* fairly describes the Burn ticket above, except for paper color:  "BOUND BY / BURN, LONDON. / (enclosed in ring between single rules), / POSTAGE / 8D. / (within central circle), lozenge triple-rule frame with corners decorated, 23 x 23 mm; black on fawn."  The ticket illustrated above is a color variant: black on cream/white.  This ticket is found in the books listed below, although not all copies of these books will contain this ticket, or any ticket at all.
