Douglas Ball's 20 B ticket description* fairly describes the Burn ticket above:  "BOUND BY / BURN, LONDON. / (enclosed in ring between single rules), / POSTAGE / 4D. / (within central circle), lozenge triple-rule frame with corners decorated, 23 x 23 mm; red on cream; 1860-1861."  This ticket is found in the book listed below, although not all copies of these books may contain this ticket, or any ticket at all.
