Douglas Ball's 20 B ticket description* fairly describes the Burn ticket above, except for paper color:  "BOUND BY / BURN, LONDON. / (enclosed in ring between single rules), / POSTAGE / 4D. / (within central circle), lozenge triple-rule frame with corners decorated, 23 x 23 mm; red on cream; 1860-1861."  The ticket illustrated above is a color variant: black on cream/white.  This ticket is found in the books listed below, although not all copies of these books may contain this ticket, or any ticket at all.  Based on the publication dates in the titles listed below, the enddate of use for this ticket (according to Ball) is extended by two years to 1863.
